WORKING WITH A HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH

Health and wellness coaching serves to bring awareness to and move you towards the vision of your life that you most long for. I help you along the way by offering resources, exploring options, supporting and motivating you to make the choices that will best lead you towards your goals. I help you to navigate where you are, where you would like to be, and what choices you might consider in order to narrow the distance between those two places. I am committed to being the support that helps you feel empowered to nurture your own wisdom in making the choices that are right for you.

 

If you are working with a physician, I will help you better understand both your diagnosis and their recommendations for treatment.

Health is dynamic and it thrives well beyond diet and exercise. It is a balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit. We will work together to explore all areas of your life to see if they support your wellness, including, but not limited to:

  • may not feel very motivated but recognize some lifestyle changes may be helpful

  • are highly motivated and committed to wellness but need some help getting back on track

6-Month Program

24 calls- 1:1 sessions

This is a great program for people who:

  • are new to coaching and new to the wellness scene

  • are working with a doctor who has recommended lifestyle changes for optimal health

  • may not be working with a doctor, but are thinking about moving into a healthier lifestyle

  • have an idea of what changes they would like to make

  • have no idea where to start making changes!

  • are ready to dive in and commit to a longer journey of embracing wellness!

20 minute Introductory Call

A free 20-minute coaching session & introduction to the programs. We will discuss your current state of wellness, where you would like to make some improvements, and get to know each other a bit in the process.
