Hi! I'm Linda. I'm a Functional Medicine Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Working with me as your coach, together we will engage in a collaborative process to create a space that feels supportive and encouraging as you create goals that move you closer to your vision of vibrant health. We will move at the pace that feels right to you because self-directed goals lead to lasting change.



Whether you are challenged with stress, anxiety, health challenges, lack of meaning and purpose in your life, or something else, I take a compassionate, curious, playful, and practical approach to support you in transforming your life. Coming from a diverse cultural background, I have a deep respect for the individuality of every client and understand that each person has their own unique set of values, priorities, and ways of moving in the world. I strongly believe in the innate wisdom and gifts each person carries within them. I will help you find ways to reconnect to that place within you to develop the resilience, courage and self trust you need to live the life you envision.
